Originally, I planned to get Mercon LV from Advance Auto parts, but they did not have any in stock, so I got Peak Full Synthetic Multi-vehicle (ATF) Automatic Transmission Fluid recommemded by them. It's said on the bottle that it is certified by Ford . When I do another drain and fill in 10-15K, assuming I use Maxlife MV, I will drain out 7.5 quarts. Of the 6 quarts left in the transmission, 55%, or 3.3 quarts, will be Maxlife MV. If I add 7.5 quarts of fresh MV, then I will have 10.8 out of 13.5 quarts MV, or 80%. Did a complete fluid change with Idemitsu ATF Type TLS-LV (WS) I got from amazon for my 2013 highlander. Tried other fluids but this one by far is the best shifting one so far.
